Luxury Garden Suite

Our garden suite was once the original farm stable. A combination of luxury, romance and rustic charm, this is a totally private suite. It has a lounge, bedroom with king-sized bed, bathroom with double shower and jacuzzi, private sun terrace and separate enclosed patio. It doesn’t get better than this!

Terrace Suite

Our 18 terrace suites are in groups of three, scattered around the estate. All are built in the original Cape colonial style, with thatched roofs, shutters and trailing vines over the private outdoor terrace. Whether you are relaxing in the lounge or enjoying a lazy morning in the bedroom, the view from each room is spectacular. Imagine looking out on the mellow mists of autumn or the bright green vines flanked by roses in the summer, this is the place to be whatever the season.

Duplex Suite

We transformed the old slave quarters on the estate into five duplex suites, with names that reflect their Dutch colonial past: Java, Jasmijn, Batavia, Malabaar and Koljanner. The ground floor of each suite has a spacious lounge, where extra beds can be made up to accommodate families. Upstairs the large bedroom boasts twin or king bed configuration with views across the gardens.

Studio Suites

The four studio suites are situated in the charmingly restored coach and carriage houses of the historic estate. They contain a spacious lounge/bedroom and each has its own semi private garden terrace with a magnificent view of the majestic Drakenstein mountains. One of the rooms is fully equipped for disabled guests.
